On our initial visit following your enquiry we will assess your options and advise on access to the loft, the layout potential of the new room, if ensuite is possible or if dormers are required.
A quotation will follow within seven days.

The quotation will include preparing plans for planning approval (if required) not all conversions require planning approval.

On acceptance of the Quotation – we will schedule a start date. A pre start meeting to discuss and agree the conversion process.

All stages of the conversion are inspected by the building control inspector so on completion a final certificate will be issued.
